Wespine’s Speaker Series gives you a chance to take part in an informal dinner and discussion with a professor, business leader, or public intellectual. These discussions help you to mature your understanding of cultural trends, learn more about a given field, and appreciate the advances being made in the arts and sciences. Our speakers are chosen for their outstanding contributions to their fields, and for the personal integrity with which they live.
The Speakers Series takes place on the 2nd Friday of the month during the school year. The talk and discussion with the speaker in an informal setting is followed by dinner.
For those interested, there is a time of prayer before dinner.
Wespine’s Speaker Series challenges university men to acquire the habits of a good professional. It teaches them to seek excellence in their work, to use their expertise in the service of others, and to see their work in the larger context of a flourishing life.
